I am a mountaineer based in Midlothian with a keen interest in technology.

If you have a bit of an interest in the outdoors and would like software engineering done, including building websites, hit me up. Sometimes I do it for free for charities, and sometimes I charge a reasonable rate for local businesses.

I am a big believer in supporting local community groups.

Mountain Technology donates to a number of local causes including in the past 2 years the Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue Team, Saline Food Pantry, Fife Woodlands, Newtongrange Star FC, and Midlothian Scouts.

If you would like outdoor leadership, please also message. For some groups this will be gratis, for some others it will be charged at a market rate. I mainly focus on walking and cycling, but also some water activities. I adore camping and hammocking and sleep outdoors for a few dozen nights a year.
